What information do we collect when taking your order?

Upon taking your order we will collect the following personal information from you:

  • Customers Telephone Number
  • Customers Email Address
  • Recipient name
  • Recipient address (if different to customer address)
  • Recipient Telephone Number (if different to customer telephone number)
  • Recipient email (if different to customer email)


For payment purposes we will also take the following payment information:

  • Credit/debit card type
  • Card Number
  • Expiry date
  • Start date (if relevant)
  • Issue Number (if relevant)

  • PayPal account address (If payment is made via PayPal rather than credit/debit card.)


How is this information used?

our personal information is solely used to process and deliver your order, it is stored in our database for purposes of future correspondence in relation to your order. We may occasionally use your information to inform you of special offers and new products. If you would not like to be contacted in this manner please send an email to contact@sweetharmonies.co.uk and we will gladly remove you from the list.

Your payment information is not stored by Sweet Harmonies or Univibe Audio at all. Once payment has been processed we will keep no copy of your card details or PayPal address.

Who do we share your information with?

We do not share your personal or payment information at all; any stored information is accessible solely by Sweet harmonies and Univibe Audio.

What choices do our customers have regarding collection, use and distribution of this information?

We require a valid payment method and valid delivery address, once your order is complete and you have received your purchase your personal details will be stored alongside your voucher number to assist us in providing you with an excellent service. If you would rather we deleted your information please email us at contact@sweetharmonies.co.uk stating your name and voucher number and your details will be deleted from our database.

What security procedures are in place to protect your information?

Your personal information is stored on our private computer network. Your payment and credit/debit card information is not stored by us at all, all payments are sent directly to PayPal via their secure server.

Delivery Policy
How much does delivery of my voucher cost?

Standard delivery of your voucher is free of charge (3-4 working days), You can upgrade your delivery to express next day delivery for an additional charge of £5.00.

Where do we offer delivery to?

Free delivery is offered anywhere in mainland UK, (excluding southern island and the channel islands). An additional fee will be charged for delivery outside of the mainland UK dependant upon postcode. If you are in doubt please send us your postcode and we can gladly check delivery costs to your address.

Next Day Delivery?

When Next Day Delivery is selected we will endeveor do get your voucher to as quickly as possible. All orders received by 12.00pm will be processed and posted to be with you by 1.00pm the following working day via Royal mail Special delivery. Any orders received after this time will be processed to be posted the next working day to be with you by 1.00pm the following working day.

Can my delivery be tracked?

Standard delivery cannot be tracked unfortunately. Express delivery can be tracked via www.royalmail.co.uk. Your tracking information will be emailed to you once your voucher has been despatched.

Return/Refund/Cancellation Policy
Can I return my voucher for a refund?

If you decide that you no longer require your voucher within 14 days of purchase we offer a refund minus 10% handling and administration charge. Your refund will be credited to the payment method used for the original transaction. After 14 days have passed since purchase your voucher will no longer hold any monetary value to Sweet Harmonies or Univibe Audio.

Can I exchange my voucher?

At any point of your voucher’s validity you are welcome to exchange your voucher for another of greater value, and pay the balance via credit/debit card or PayPal. If you would like to exchange your voucher for a voucher of lower value, then we are afraid that there is no monetary compensation available.

Can I cancel my order?

All orders can be cancelled at no extra charge within 24 hours of purchase. There is a 10% admin and restocking fee applicable to cancellation made within 14 days of purchase and cancellations are not allowed after 14 days of purchase.
